Why don't you publish exact prices?
Because exact prices for software depend on what we're actually building. We publish honest ranges that cover ~80% of the projects we've shipped, and we commit to a fixed price after a 30-minute discovery call. What we don't do is publish a low headline number and add hidden line items later.
What's included in a project price?
Discovery and scoping, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training for your team, and 30-day post-launch support. Hardware (sensors, IO modules) is quoted separately so you can see the split. Hosting on AWS or your preferred cloud is included for the first year, then runs at cost.
Are your prices Industry4WRD grant-eligible?
Yes — we structure quotes so they map cleanly to the Industry4WRD funding categories. We've supported clients through the application paperwork before. Final approval is MIDA's call.
What's the monthly run cost?
Depends on what you've built. A live OEE dashboard with WhatsApp alerts is typically RM 400–RM 1,200/month including hosting, monitoring, and a small support retainer. AI employees that use LLM APIs are RM 200–RM 2,000/month depending on volume. Custom platforms scale with usage.
Do you take milestone payments?
Yes. Standard split is 30% on signing, 40% at the production-ready milestone, and 30% at sign-off. Larger projects can be split further into per-phase milestones so cash flow is predictable on both sides.
What if my budget is below your ranges?
Tell us. We'd rather scope a smaller first project that fits your budget than walk you into something neither of us can deliver. Most SMB engagements that ended up successful started with a project below the typical range — proof first, scale later.
Do you charge for the discovery call?
No. The 30-minute discovery call is free, no obligation. If we agree there's a fit, we follow up with a fixed-price scope. If we don't, we'll tell you honestly and recommend who to talk to.
